How to: Singapore moss is an adaptable and versatile aquarium plant. It can be used as a foreground plant among the bases of larger stem plants, be attached to rocks or wood, or simply be left to its own devices. The moss will attach to any hard surface and spread in all directions. Regular trimming will help to keep it in shape. It has no special requirements, although liquid fertilization does increase the growth rate.  Singapore moss can be used in coldwater aquariums and is ideal for breeding tanks. It even can be used to create Tree-like specimen.

My Javamoss keep loss its small leaf... become just long batang without leaf... now my javamoss look more like birdnest....u see how weird is it when everybody said javamoss is most easy to grow even without ferts or co2 and low light... if high light and ferts daily.. it will goes wild which is what i did and it become bird nest.... aquarium plant made me tired jor... everything seems like a myth now...

  2. that's true, guide is guide, experience make the difference.. anyway, from what i notice, java moss growth faster in humid atmosphere and not fully drown in water.. maybe it takes time for them to adapt to the environment..

  3. The problem is like this, My javamoss take 1 month to adapt.. then start growing and many small fern.. perfect. thats mean its grow,

    then now the fern gone... left the batang.... weird, i though it adapt jor... is it 55W light too strong?
